behalf of another (an owner or director) to create a legal relationship
with a Third Party. The Agent for a business or corporate entity
is “a person employed to represent or act for another or to represent another
in dealings with third persons”. Agency law deals with the tripartite
relationship between: Agents and Owners; Agents and the Third
Parties with whom they deal on their Owners' behalf; and Owners
and the Third Parties when the Agents handle situations on their behalf.

papers, documents, demands, writs, summons and of course subpoenas. The services of a
